The name tipped me off. No academic in his right mind has that many syllables in his name, can't get the lettering across his office door. I believe this is Oberleutnant zur See Sigfried Scorzeny (Otto's older,smarter brother who had the good sense to go into the Navy.) It fits with his modus operandi.
