Sorry about messing up the first attempt to post this answer...

The Brass Monkey was a brand of liqueur at the time, and the company would not allow the use of its name.

Also, the monkey bar was quite a creation. It was basically a wooden frame ornamented with many molded monkeys in different attitudes attached, then painted and textured to look like carved wood. The atmosphere was really well conceived and executed. They would also infuse the whole set with copious amounts of 'smoke' for atmosphere. The smoke would add to the sepia tones that the camera used, so what you had was great ambiance.
