I'm willing to bet you one airboat, more specifically a Grumman Goose, that a "brass monkey" in addition to being something to mount cannonballs on, is a mixed drink mix rather than a liqueur.
: They would also infuse the whole set with copious amounts of 'smoke' for atmosphere. The smoke would add to the sepia tones that the camera used, so what you had was great ambiance.
On the other hand between your copious amounts of smoke and my faint mists of time and our examining the insides of the bottles of evidence, we'd probably forget what we bet to begin with! So we're both safe.
