: Just for fun (or maybe not just for fun) I'm writing a script for a reunion episode, which takes place 18 years after the series (figured I'd be different, since most folks are probably doing second season stories). And I've made two major changes which I was wondering what you all thought of. First, I married Jake and Sarah (why else would they still be hanging around together 18 years later), AND, I moved the location to a tropical area in the States (for a number of reasons, including I wasn't sure why these folks would still be hanging around on a tiny island in the South Pacific 18 years later, considering the events they experience during those years, like, oh, the War). Everything else is basically the same, including a similar bar set-up, the Goose, and most of the original characters. Or at least as similar as I can make it and still be believable.
: So, what do you think? Would you buy into a story where Jake and Sarah were married living in the States in 1956, or would you think it wasn't right, even that far past the series timeline?
