Well, this really isn't the place I'd expect to find this question, but here is my answer:
Go to my 'Tales of the Gold Monkey' Video archive (http://fly.to/boragora), enter the site, and click on the 'Links' in the left side menu. This will show some links to pages with episode downloads of other TV shows, including the various Star Trek shows.
Also, if you have access to Usenet and have a high speed connection, many episodes of Star Trek (all 4 shows, including the occasional movie) are posted constantly in alt.binaries.startrek.
