Since I think that "JAG" is a roundabout way of redoing TotGM, I'd say David James Elliott would make a great Jake Cutter (or Jake-like character) and Patrick Laboryteaux would be Bud-character (hey, Jeff MacKay plays his dad in the series). Catherine Bell is Sarah, and you could probably pick from the rest of the cast to round out most of the rest of the GM cast.
Of course, I don't know if I'd ever feel comfortable with a "new" version. But it's fun to think about.
In the mean time, I have decided to get quite serious about finishing my reunion TV movie script. It's fun to write and working out quite well. I initially started writing it to prove to somebody in the business I knew how to write a script (sort of a spec thing). But it sure would be nice if somebody would produce it (grin). Wonder if the whole cast would be interested in doing such a thing.
