Hi quality is a subjective term. Since Universal has never released the shows for sale in VHS, DVD or Laserdisc format, then the only way to get them is either from a videotaped copy or from the downloadable Video archive (see my link below).

TVLand recently rebroadcast the shows, so copies from that should be of higher quality than 12 to 18 year old tapes (referring to the 1982 and 1988 broadcasts).

Just zoom down this list and look for a subject called "2 sources of video tape episodes" or something like that.
